Rates are per mini-villa per week. MINI-VILLAS The Villaggio Sant’Elia holiday resort consists of 50 terraced mini-villas, all independent and surrounded by greenery: 2-room for 2: bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and covered terrace. 2-room for 3: bedroom with additional bed, bathroom and covered terrace. 2-room for 4/5: bedroom with additional bed, bathroom and covered terrace. 3-room for 4/5: 2 bedrooms, bedroom with additional bed, bathroom and covered terrace. Final Cleaning: 2-room € 25,00; 3-room € 30 ,00; Bed linen: € 5,00 per single bed per week; € 7,00 per double bed per week. IMPORTANT: Mini-villas are available from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. RESERVATION CONDITIONS Mini-villa stays are from Saturday to Saturday. Week 11th-18th August must be taken with either the preceding or the following week.. Reservations can be made via telephone or facsimile (09:00-13:00 & 15:00-21:00) or by e-mail and must be confirmed by payment of a deposit  of 30% of the total cost of the booking, payable by bank transfer. The balance is payable on arrival. CLUB CARD The weekly Club Card is compulsory and includes: tax; gas, electricity and water; use of kitchen equipment; car parking (1 space per mini-villa); use of children's playgrounds; use of Oasi Beach Lido. Club Card - cost per person: 12/05 - 23/06 & 25/08 - 29/09 € 16,00 (€ 13,00 for children 4-10 years); 23/06 - 21/07 € 21,00 (€ 17,00 for children 4-10 years); 21/07 - 25/08 € 29,00 (€ 23,00 for children 4-10 years). Beach service includes 1 parasol, 1 deck chair and 1 sunbed per mini-villa. The Oasi Beach Lido is the best equipped and best known in the Gargano with newsagent and tobacconist, kids games, videogames, beach volleyball, beach-soccer, daily activities with sports and games and many other facilities. REGULATIONS Mini-villa stays are from Saturday to Saturday. Mini-villas are available from 17:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure. Reservation requests must be completed in full and undersigned by the prospective guest who will be sent a copy. Reservation requests must be sent together with payment of a deposit of 30% of the full cost of the booking. Confirmation of reservation will be valid only after written confirmation has been issued by management. Balance of the cost of the booking must be paid on arrival. Cancellations: will be accepted in writing within 30 days of the due start date of the reservation and 50% of the amount paid will be refundable.  For cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to start date of reservation no refund will be payable. In case of late arrival accommodation will be kept available up to 10:00 of the day following the due day of arrival.  Unless notified the management reserve the right to make the accommodation available for re-sale without refund.  In any case the balance must be paid in full and no refund is payable for late arrival or early departure, whatever the reason. Accommodation must be occupied by the number of people declared at time of booking.  Numbers and names of occupants may not be changed without the express consent of the management. ID documents must be provided on arrival so that registration of details may be completed according to local laws. The management will not be held responsible for loss or theft of personal property or damage to private vehicles. Each mini-villa is allocated 1 car parking space. Any lost property found in the resort must be handed in to the management for restitution to owner. Visits from friends and family are permissible only by arrangement.
